The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect, right opposite the central station, which was very convenient. The rooms, although seemingly clean and comfortable, were affected by the noise from the old-time elevator next to them. The service provided was incredibly nice and supportive, making my stay pleasant overall. However, the dining experience did not meet expectations, lacking essential products like fresh bakeries. The proximity to the main train station was a highlight, but some noise issues marred the room experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, while spacious and comfortable, felt a bit bare due to its dark color scheme. The service, especially during the night, was exceptional with staff being friendly and accommodating. The location, just across the road from the main railway station and next to the German Football Museum, was incredibly convenient. The dining experience, although not meeting my expectations with dated beds, was saved by the speedy check-in and out process. The facilities overall were decent.
